Q. How do I cancel a subscription?
Answer: There are several ways to cancel subscriptions;
Q. If I cancel my subscription will my access to the website immediately expire?
Answer: Canceling a subscription will not immediately remove your access to the website. Regardless of when you cancel, you will still have access to the site until the end of the billing period.
Q. How do I delete my profile or remove my account from a website?
Answer: For issues involving user profiles and other website content, please direct your request to the site's Webmaster. That contact information can be found on the website to which you are subscribed.
Q. I only joined one website. Why do I have more than one receipt?
Answer: Some websites offer trial and/or bonus websites. These bonus websites are offered during the sign-up process. If you do not decline the offer, you are automatically enrolled.
