Consumer Privacy Policy

In order to provide Internet billing services, RCP Billing, LLC d/b/a WTS (“WTS”) must collect, use, and share certain information about you. This policy explains what we collect, who we share it with, and how you can contact WTS in order to ensure the accuracy of the data we collect, use, and share. The information WTS collects from you helps WTS better serve you and the online community by continually updating the electronic payment services WTS provides. The data that WTS collects and maintains is as follows:

Information That You Provide to Us
WTS receives and stores all information that you enter on our sign-up (join) pages except for bank login credentials (username / password) you use to link your bank account in order for WTS to process a subsequent ACH entry. This includes:

The Web site you are purchasing an e-ticket for, your e-mail address, , first name, last name, address, city, state, zip, country, your bank's ABA routing number, your account number, the type of account, your username and password, and your agreement to be bound by WTS's Terms and Conditions.

Information You Provide to Us That We Share With Our Clients
WTS receives, stores, and forwards to our client all information necessary for our client to provide its service to you; and to contact you if necessary. We do not forward your ABA or Account number.

Information That We Automatically Receive
WTS receives and stores certain information whenever you download Web pages, purchase products or send us e-mail or forms. For example:
  1. We identify the numerical IP address assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider.
  2. E-mail Correspondence. WTS often requests a confirmation when you receive and open an e-mail communication delivered by WTS. We archive all e-mail sent in and out of our network, and we identify the origination IP address of all mail sent into our network. We require that you refrain from "forging headers" or sending "SPAM".

Information From Third Parties
From time to time, WTS may request and receive information from third parties and compare it to the information that you have provided. The main purpose for this is loss prevention.

Protection Of Your Privacy
WTS will release data when we believe the release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our Agreement, and protect the contract rights of our Clients. WTS passes the following data to the owner/operator of the Web site from which you are purchasing services utilizing WTS's services:

Information including the Web site you are purchasing an e-ticket for, your phone number, your e-mail address, language preference, first name, last name, address, city, state, zip, country, your username and password, account balances and your agreement to be bound by WTS's terms and conditions.

It is your obligation to provide WTS with accurate and up-to-date information, and failure to provide us with such information could void any Agreement between you and WTS. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as processing your e-ticket request, responding to customer service inquiries, loss prevention, improving our service, communicating with you, and allowing our clients to provide customer service and fulfill their obligations to you. WTS's employees have access to your information on a need-to-know basis. WTS will not sell your information to an independent third party for any reason. WTS's clients utilize your information to provide customer service and experience.

In addition, WTS, as part of the Automated Clearing House (ACH) system must provide limited information to the services that connect it to the financial institutions that perform the banking functions. WTS will never knowingly provide your bank account information outside of this system.

WTS employs the latest and best techniques available for protecting its systems from intrusion by unauthorized individuals, and is constantly upgrading its security as better methods become available. All information is stored behind firewalls and other sophisticated security systems.

WTS does not request, or knowingly collect identifiable information from children under the age of 18. WTS does not knowingly use or share personal information from users under the age of 18 with third parties. WTS does not offer children any promotions involving games, prizes, or any other activity that would induce a child to divulge personal information.

WTS reserves the right to change, modify or amend this policy at any time. WTS takes privacy matters very seriously, and intends to stay at the forefront of privacy policy and protection matters. 1. Information collection and tracking

1.1. When you visit our website.

You can visit our website (www.wtseticket.com) without giving away your personal information. WTS uses Google Analytics and Cookies in order to improve our service, user experience and analyze how our website is used. Aside from the approximate location (IP address), the information collected by Google Analytics is mostly anonymous traffic data including browser information, device information, language. We do not collect additional information, such as your age, gender, interests, bank details or clickstream.

The collected information is used to provide an overview of how people are accessing and using the WTS website. It is not used for any additional purpose, such as to profile those who access our website.

2. When you contact us

While you can use our website without giving out your personal information, once you contact us via the WTS website, WTS collects information about you.

The information you fill in (personal information such as your name, email address, organization) will be processed and stored so that it is possible for us to contact and respond to your request, and/or allow you access to our services.

2.1. Recruitment

If you apply for a job with WTS, we will collect, process and store the information you have sent us for recruitment-related purposes, such as contacting you. Additionally, WTS may keep your data for a period of time for the purpose of considering you for a different opportunity.

3. Social media plug-ins

Being on our website does not automatically result in sharing data on these social media networks. These plugins remain inactive (idle) until clicked upon. Once clicked upon, you will be taken to the said social media networks with their own specific privacy policies you are recommended to consult.

When WTS collects information about you, we also make sure that your information is protected from unauthorized access, loss, manipulation, falsification, destruction or unauthorized disclosure. This is done through appropriate technical measures.

We will make sure to provide you with a copy of the data we process about you. In order to comply with your request, we may ask you to verify your identity. We will fulfil your request by sending your copy electronically, unless the request expressly specifies a different method. For any subsequent access request, we may charge you with an administrative fee.

6. Information Correction & Deletion

If you believe that the information we have about you is incorrect, you are welcome to contact us so we can update it and keep your data accurate. Any data that is no longer needed for the purposes specified in Information Collection and Use or for any Regulatory Reporting purposes will be deleted.

Financial Institutions: WTS may share Personal Data with Financial Institutions that we have partnered with to facilitate payment transactions.

Parties to Transactions: WTS may share information with parties to your transaction, including the operators of websites delivering the services you purchased. This information includes:

  • Personal Data necessary to facilitate the transaction;
  • Information to help other participants resolve disputes and detect and prevent fraud;
  • Aggregated data and performance analytics to help merchants better understand Users and to help Merchants enhance Users’ experience.

As Permitted or Required by Law: WTS may share information about you with third parties for WTS’s business purpose or required by law, including:

  • Comply with the law, legal process or regulations;
  • Law enforcement authorities or other government officials, or other third parties, subject to a subpoena, court order or other legal process or requirement applicable to WTS.
  • Investigate violations of our Consumer Agreement or other legal terms applicable to any service;
  • To help assess and manage risk and prevent fraud against us, our Users and fraud involving our service provided, including fraud that occurs at or involves consumers and merchants.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy. We constantly review our Privacy Policy and strive towards making it better. WTS will not reduce your rights stated in this Policy without asking for explicit prior consent to the changes. All changes to our Privacy Policy will be available on this website.

In accordance with applicable law, we only collect a limited amount of information about you that is necessary for improving our service. We do not use profiling, we do not sell or in any other way spread your data to third parties, and we do not use your data for purposes other than what we specified.
